What does “Minify” do here?
It collapses all whitespace (including newlines and tabs) into single spaces and trims the ends.
Can I convert CRLF to LF (or back)?
Yes—pick LF or CRLF in Line endings and run Format (or Minify).
Does tabs-to-spaces preserve visual alignment?
It replaces each tab with the selected number of spaces; column-perfect alignment isn’t guaranteed for every case.
What does “Max blank lines” mean?
It limits how many empty lines can appear in a row (0 removes all empty lines).
Will wrapping change my content?
Wrapping inserts line breaks to keep lines under the chosen column, preserving existing leading indentation.
Why add a final newline?
Many tools prefer text files ending with a newline; you can turn it off if you don’t want it.
