Who is responsible
FeuTex is a digital product operated by LiMiT (LIMIT SRL), Oradea, Romania. LIMIT SRL is the data controller for personal data processed in operating FeuTex, including website operations and support correspondence. Tools that process on your device
Tools labelled “On your device” perform their core operation in your browser. Their input is not intentionally sent to a FeuTex processing endpoint by that operation. Website assets still load over the network, and advertising or external services can make separate requests. Older tools may offer remote features; read their page instructions before use.
Ordinary input and result state is held in the current page’s memory. Closing or reloading the page can lose it. Browser extensions, your device, and any files you download remain outside FeuTex’s control. Do not paste secrets into a tool unless you have checked its processing method and are comfortable using it on that device.
Uploads and server processing
Server-processing tools send the selected input file or text to FeuTex’s processing service. Media download tools send the public URL you provide to that service, which may contact the destination platform to retrieve permitted content. Those platforms can receive requests from the processing service and apply their own policies.
The service uses temporary job identifiers and access tokens to retrieve results. Anyone who obtains a complete temporary download link may be able to retrieve that result until it expires. Keep those links private. Do not submit platform passwords, authentication cookies, private access tokens or DRM-protected material.
Completed job downloads are configured to expire 15 minutes after completion. A cleanup task normally removes expired job files on its next 30-second cycle while the service is running. Failed or cancelled processing removes its working files when the job ends; temporary status records may remain until expiry. Interruptions or server failures can delay cleanup. This is temporary processing, not permanent file storage.
Browser storage and saved setups
FeuTex stores theme choices, favourite tool IDs, recent tool IDs and display preferences in local browser storage. If you choose to save a setup, its supported fields and options are also stored locally. Password fields are excluded from the shared setup saver. Other fields can still contain information you entered, so review a setup before saving or exporting it.
Local preferences remain until you remove them or the browser clears site data. The control below removes FeuTex-prefixed local preferences and saved setups on this browser only. It does not delete downloaded files, server logs, email correspondence, advertising cookies, or data on another device.
Website requests, security and contact messages
Hosting and network services may record request details such as IP address, time, requested URL, browser information, response status and errors. These records help operate the website, investigate failures and address abuse. Avoid putting confidential content in URL query parameters.
The processing service keeps short-lived, in-memory IP-based rate-limit records; entries age out after ten minutes and are removed by periodic cleanup. This is separate from web-server and infrastructure logs. Log retention depends on the operational log configuration; contact us for information about records associated with a specific request.
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you send. Correspondence is kept as needed to handle the request, follow up on an issue, or meet applicable recordkeeping and legal requirements. The contact-page message builder prepares a draft on your device; it sends nothing until you use your own email service.
Advertising and cookies
FeuTex includes Google AdSense to help fund the website. Google and its advertising partners may process device information, IP addresses, identifiers, ad interactions and browsing signals, and may use cookies or similar storage. These requests are separate from tool processing. FeuTex’s shared tool code does not intentionally include your tool input in advertising requests.
Where an advertising consent interface is available, use it to review choices or withdraw consent. Browser controls can also remove or block cookies, although this can affect website features. Google’s advertising information, Privacy Policy and My Ad Center explain its practices and available controls. Clearing FeuTex preferences below is not an advertising-consent withdrawal mechanism.
Purposes, legal bases and recipients
Information needed to carry out a tool operation you request is processed to provide that service. Security and operational records support our legitimate interests in keeping the service available and preventing abuse. Correspondence is used to answer your request, with the relevant basis depending on its subject. Consent applies where required for non-essential advertising storage or related processing; legal obligations may require particular records to be retained.
Recipients can include hosting and technical service providers, email providers when you contact us, Google and its advertising partners, and platforms contacted at your request by a downloader. External links have their own privacy practices. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; their notices describe applicable transfer arrangements. Contact us for details relevant to a particular processing activity.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, data-protection law gives you rights to access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can withdraw consent for processing based on consent without affecting its earlier lawfulness. Rights can have exceptions, and we may need proportionate information to verify a request. Do not send identity documents unless they are specifically needed and requested.
You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including Romania’s ANSPDCP. The European Commission’s individual-rights guidance explains these rights. FeuTex’s calculators provide user-requested outputs; they are not presented as automated decisions about your legal rights or eligibility.
Children, sensitive information and updates
Do not submit another person’s private information without a lawful reason and appropriate permission. Take particular care with children’s data, medical records, financial documents and credentials. Prefer a non-sensitive test sample when reporting an issue.
