Report a tool problem
Include the exact tool URL, your browser and device, selected settings, a small non-sensitive input, the actual result and the result you expected. Say whether the problem happens consistently or only with one file. A screenshot can help with layout issues; describe the missing or unreadable element too.
For a module-loading or processing-service error, run Tool diagnostics and include the relevant result. Do not send passwords, access tokens, private download links, personal records or an entire confidential document.
Suggest a capability
Describe the task rather than just a tool name. What format do you start with? What result do you need? Which settings matter? What is missing from the tools you already use? A representative, non-sensitive example helps us distinguish a new capability from an existing tool with a different name.
Suggestions are considered alongside reliability and usability work. A request is not a commitment to build a feature or to a delivery date.
