The service and these terms
FeuTex is an online toolkit and digital product developed and operated by LiMiT (LIMIT SRL), Oradea, Romania. LIMIT SRL is the legal entity providing the FeuTex service under these terms. These terms describe use of the website, its tools and processing services. By using a tool, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and the limits displayed on its page. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Tool availability, supported formats and operating limits may change. A feature shown on a page may depend on browser capabilities, the installed processing service, network access or a third-party platform. There is no promise of uninterrupted availability or a particular response time.
Your inputs and permissions
You remain responsible for the text, files, URLs and other material you choose to process. Submit only content you own or are otherwise authorised to use, and respect privacy, intellectual-property rights and applicable law. Processing a file does not establish ownership or grant permission to reuse its contents.
Uploading material permits the technical processing needed to perform your requested operation and make the result available. It does not transfer ownership of your material to FeuTex. Save a separate copy of important originals; FeuTex is not a backup or archival service.
Media download tools
Use downloaders only where you own the media or have permission and downloading is permitted. Public availability alone does not establish that permission. Do not use FeuTex to bypass paywalls, authentication, DRM or other access restrictions. Do not submit login cookies or account credentials.
Third-party platforms are independent of FeuTex and can restrict, change or discontinue access. A downloader result does not imply endorsement by the platform. The service may reject unsupported URLs or content exceeding its duration, size or resource limits.
Outputs, accuracy and professional decisions
Inspect files and calculations before using them in production, publishing them or making significant decisions. Calculators use stated formulas and assumptions; estimates may omit factors that matter to your situation. Templates, privacy tools and document utilities are starting points for your review, not a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, engineering or other professional advice.
A successful syntax check does not prove security, regulatory compliance or factual correctness. Generated SEO markup does not guarantee indexing, search rankings or rich results. File conversion can change formatting, metadata, quality or features, depending on the source and output formats.
Acceptable use and resource limits
Do not attack, probe for unauthorised access, distribute malware through, or deliberately overload the service. Do not evade rate limits or use automated workloads that interfere with other users. Where no public API or bulk-processing agreement is offered, the website interface is not a promise of unrestricted automated access.
Processing may be limited or refused to protect availability, comply with law or address abuse. Temporary output links expire. Download your result before leaving the page and before any displayed expiry.
Website content and third-party components
FeuTex’s branding, interface and written content are protected by applicable rights. Third-party libraries and other components remain subject to their own licences. Using a tool does not grant a licence to copy or redistribute the entire website, its branding or its third-party assets.
External websites, advertisements and linked services are controlled by their respective providers. FeuTex does not guarantee their content, availability or terms. Review a destination before sharing information or entering a transaction.
Liability and your statutory rights
The service is provided without a promise that every output is complete, suitable for a particular purpose or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for losses arising from reliance on unverified outputs, unavailable services or third-party content is limited accordingly.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer and data-protection rights. These terms do not prevent you from using a court or authority available under mandatory applicable law.
