Blank-Corrected Linear Calibration

How to use this tool

1. Estimate concentration from sample signal, blank and a supplied linear calibration slope.
2. Set sample signal, blank signal, calibration slope, dilution factor in the indicated units.
3. Calculate and compare measured aliquot concentration, dilution-corrected concentration.

Accuracy and scope

Uses an already validated linear calibration. Does not fit a curve, establish detection limits or assess matrix interference.
