FormulaPrecision = tp/(tp+fp); Recall = tp/(tp+fn); Specificity = tn/(tn+fp); F1 = 2*tp/(2*tp+fp+fn); Mcc = (tp*tn-fp*fn)/sqrt((tp+fp)*(tp+fn)*(tn+fp)*(tn+fn))

How to use this tool

  1. Enter the labeled inputs using consistent units.
  2. Check the stated assumptions and calculate.
  3. Review each output and compare another input scenario.

{
  "tp": 40,
  "fp": 10,
  "fn": 5,
  "tn": 45
}

Accuracy and scope

Strictly positive cells prevent undefined metrics. Evaluate on held-out data; threshold selection is not optimized here. Finite floating-point arithmetic; results can lose precision near singular or extreme inputs.
