JSON is a data format, not JavaScript. Use double-quoted keys and strings; remove comments and trailing commas. Pretty printing changes whitespace, while minification removes it. Both parse and serialize data, so large integers can lose precision in JavaScript. Keep identifiers that exceed the safe integer range as strings.
